Shopping at Anime Rainbow Store
Our principle is not to sell any bootleg anime items. The reason is simple. Not only that bootleg plushies or character goods are usually bad in quality, making or selling unlicensed anime products are dishonorable and unethical. Such acts are infringements of international copyrights act and trademark legislations and the offenders involved are often punishable by law.
To avoid confusing our customers and to preserve good reputation, at Anime Rainbow Store, we will NEVER sell bootleg merchandise. Customers are guaranteed authenticity of products purchased from us or their money back.
It is our wish that your shopping experience online be as enjoyable as shopping at a retail outlet. Hence, we only sell products we will buy ourselves. Privacy Policy
At Anime Rainbow, we respect your privacy. Therefore, we do not share, exchange, loan or sell your personal information. All of the information you gave is used to process your order only. We also do not store credit card information in our database.
Secure On-line Shopping
All payments are processed through a secure server using industry standard SSL encryption. We use only Paypal for all creditcard, bank fund transfer transactions. The payment information you provide is securely kept in Paypal's database only. We will not have access to your creditcard information.
Sales Tax & Pricing
We do not charge any sales tax. All prices listed are in US currency.
Shipping
All merchandise are shipped from Singapore via Registered Airmail or Speedpost Worldwide. The postage quoted is the most economical shipping cost. All shipping costs are minimised without compromise on packaging. Being supporters of environmental friendly products, we use only strong, clean, recycled packing material hence there's no extra charge for packaging. We do not charge handling fees.
All items are insured of their cost by registered airmail. The postage for mailing a regular sized UFO Doll is US$5-8 to USA, Europe and Canada, depending on the weight of the item. For bulky items or bulk orders, we will use Speedpost Worldwide Post. Insurance will be included in all shipping charges.
Processing and Delivery Standards
As payment is by Paypal only, all orders are automatically confirmed once payment is processed and paid. We will usually send out your order 2-7 days after confirmation. However, there are times the items you have ordered may be sold out too quick for our staff to update the website. In such cases, your full payment will be refunded and the order cancelled. We apologised if the items you wish to buy are sold out or temporarily not available.
Track Status of your Parcel
You can track the status of your order at the Customer Service page. Delivery details can further be tracked from Singpost website, Registered Mail Tracking System within 2-14 days of mailing. Thereafter, orders which are sent to the respective country, (eg. USA) can be traced at your local postal website.

The speed of posting depends on the country of receipt and the type of postal service used. We ship by registered airmail (small packet) or Speedpost Worldwide (bulky items only) which takes 7-14 days to reach USA, Europe or Canada, 3-10 days for Asia. Delivery time varies from state to state. For an estimate, please refer to the SingPost website.
Return Policy
If a product is defective in any way when received, or not received in the condition as described, the customer is entitled to an exchange of the product, or store credit if the product is not available. The defective product must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense before any replacement is sent out or credit is issued to the customer. All returns MUST be done within 14 days of receiving the item, otherwise the sale is final and non-returnable. If you are returning an item, please send an email to acemax99@yahoo.com to notify us.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order items must be ordered separately from in stock items as the delivery date is different. Postage cannot be combined and two separate orders should be made for your purchases. Payment must be made for preorder items during the preorder period in order to confirm your purchases. Please refer to the item descriptions for the estimated month the pre-order items will be available and shipped to you.
